Mission

Train professionals with the ability to create, administer and manage integrated information systems; collecting, analyzing, processing data and managing knowledge through the selection and effective use of information technologies for efficient decision-making support.

The educational program aims to train professionals with an entrepreneurial, innovative and socially responsible spirit who can manage information resources to meet organizational needs. The Bachelor in Information Technology has solid education in the development and administration of information systems and technologies, which combines with knowledge of the structure and dynamics of the organization. The bachelor is competitive at the local, national, cross-border and international level and adheres to quality standards recognized nationally and internationally, which allow him to perform successfully for the development of society with equality and equity.

Vision

The program of graduates in Information Technology has the vision of forming leaders with entrepreneurial spirit, innovative and socially responsible, competitive at the local, national, cross-border and international level attached to quality standards recognizing at national and international level, which allow it to perform successfully for the development of society with equality and equity.

Graduation Profile

The graduate is competent to:

  • Propose solution alternatives based on computerized information systems for decision-making in organizations that guarantee the integrity of information through the analysis of systems, with honesty and commitment to information security.
  • Manage information and communication technologies in organizations by establishing controls, rules and policies for the efficient operation of transactional and strategic processes with a responsible attitude.
  • Develop information systems that contribute to organizational competitiveness using quality international models with an entrepreneurial attitude and adherence to confidentiality policies.
  • Manage with a proactive and creative attitude, innovative projects based on Research and Development (R & D) of IT resources to streamline business processes aimed at continuous improvement.
